01 Reading the website
The site is a static editorial resource. Its own code does not create user accounts, process payments, load advertising trackers or send analytics events. Pages, styles, scripts and local images are requested from the hosting service so your browser can display them.
As part of ordinary delivery, hosting infrastructure receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Hosts may keep operational or security logs. The website code does not determine a host’s log retention period. No promise of anonymous browsing is made.
02 The contact text composer
The contact tool processes the fields you enter in your browser to prepare plain text. Its script does not submit those fields to a server or write them to local storage. Copying uses your device’s clipboard when permission is available. Downloading creates a text file on your device.
Your browser, operating system, extensions, clipboard history or device backups may handle that text independently. Closing or reloading the page may discard the in-page draft; the site does not provide a saved-draft service. Avoid entering sensitive information.
03 Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the mailbox operator and email providers involved receive the message, sender address and associated metadata. Correspondence is used to consider your question, respond where appropriate, handle corrections or address legal and security issues.
Where data-protection law applies, responding to a requested enquiry may rely on legitimate interests in operating the publication and handling correspondence; compliance with legal obligations may provide another basis where relevant. Information should be kept only as long as needed for these purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements. No fixed retention interval is promised here.
04 Browser storage
The cookie information page lets you save a preference in local storage under zestnordicnoodl-cookie-preference. This is not a cookie and is not sent by the site script to a server. It remains in that browser until cleared or removed. Read the cookie and storage notice for controls and details.
05 Sharing and external services
This site’s code does not sell personal information or implement advertising profiling. Hosting and email services necessarily process information to provide their services. Legal disclosure may be required by applicable law. External links take you to independently operated websites with their own policies; following them can expose ordinary request information to those services.
06 Your choices and requests
You can use the reading pages without saving a preference or sending a message. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a supervisory authority.

07 Security and updates
No website or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Use care when sending personal information. This notice may change when site functions or operational practices change; the current version will be published on this page. It describes this static site’s features and does not cover independently operated external websites.
